In restaurants, Table Genie sends a silent message to an alphanumeric pager. In night clubs, discos or theaters it sends a message to a monitor in the server area, eliminating the number one reason for guest dissatisfaction: slow service.

Table Genie works in single or three-button mode and each button can be programmed for specific messages (i.e. service, check please, manager).

Increase productivity

Table Genie monitors server response time and will automatically page a manager if there is a late response. The touch screen monitor also allows text pages to be sent to management and staff when a request exceeds the service time goal.
